Text Box: As co-founder of NORTHSHORE ADVISORS LLC, Diannah offers over 25 years risk management experience, including cash, futures, financial products both domestic and global, and agricultural commodities.  Prior to NORTHSHORE, Diannah served twenty-two years at Cargill. As a founding member of Cargill Financial Services Corporation (“CFSC”), she was responsible for the development, management and trading of various business product lines, including foreign exchange, money markets, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, municipal bonds and futures trading. 
As Global Treasury Money Market Manager and Vice President of CFSC, Diannah developed and managed an $11 billion global liability management program for CFSC and its parent and was responsible for staff located in Minneapolis, London and Singapore. In addition, she managed a proprietary trading book of corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, government and agency securities, and a $500 million investment portfolio on behalf of Cargill Investor Services.  She also served as a senior member of both CFSC’s Credit and Risk Management Committees.  
Prior to joining Cargill’s financial trading division, Diannah merchandised, traded and hedged cash soybeans and meal in a variety of markets and conveyances for Cargill’s Domestic Soybean Crushing division.  She also represented Cargill as a Member of the Chicago Board of Trade, executing board margin and future orders on behalf of the organization.  
Diannah received her B.A. in English from Wells College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Text Box: As co-founder of NORTHSHORE ADVISORS LLC, Jane has over 25 years of investment and risk management experience.  Prior to founding the firm, she served as Chief Investment Officer for Voyageur Asset Management.  During her 9 year tenure at Voyageur, she was directly involved in growing the firm from $1 billion  to $9 billion in assets under management.
		     While at Voyageur, Jane was responsible for establishing and 		     overseeing the firm’s investment philosophy, process, and 			     performance.  In addition, she was the sole manager of the 		     Voyageur U.S. Government Fund which was frequently ranked 		     in the top quartile of funds with similar investment objectives. Jane also had direct responsibility for a number of the firm’s large institutional clients.
Prior to joining Voyageur, Jane served in a variety of risk management positions at Cargill.  During her 12 year tenure, she was responsible for managing Cargill’s insurance subsidiary’s fixed income portfolio.  In addition, she was a founding member of Cargill Financial Services Corporation.
Jane received her B.A. in Economics and English from Smith College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.  She is a member of the CFA Institute and the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts. Jane has been a featured speaker for a variety of organizations including Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) and CNBC.  She currently serves on several investment committees in the Twin Cities area.
